VIDI EVENT Services
At the Arab Cup, 16 teams from all over the Arab world will compete against each other in Doha (Qatar). This competition replaces the usual "Confederations Cup" for the World Cup, which will take place in Doha in 2022.
In addition to providing metro connections in Europe, VIDI will provide measurement equipment, highly qualified engineering services directly on site for the preparation of the Arab Cup qualifiers in Doha from 5.11. to approx. 13.11.2021.
In preparation:
- VIDI will provide measurement equipment and a highly qualified engineer from 5.11. to probably approx. 13.11.2021 in Doha
- This is about the measurement of the 100G connections (PTP) between the 5 venues of the Arab Cup and the IBCC at the "Al Bayt Stadium"
- The customer for this is VF Qatar
During the event:
As part of the Arab Cup, VIDI will provide metro connectivity in Europe for customer Ooredoo.
- 2x 10G from London, Telehouse North Corriander Ave. to Frankfurt, Equinix FR5 will be provided as well as
- 1x 10G from Frankfurt Equinix FR5 to Frankfurt Interxion
- the provisioning period is from 15.11.2021 to 15.01.2022
